So you’d like to purchase one of our pristine vehicles! All of our “available” vehicles are currently on site at our Mesa, AZ facility and have been cleared by customs. All vehicles are titled in Arizona and ready to be registered.

How to Buy With AZ KEI TRUCKS

As with anything, the first step is to secure financing. Information about payment options can be found below. From there, you can contact us directly with more questions about the vehicle and further steps to purchase.

Vehicles can be purchased in full via cash, bank wire transfer, certified check, or cashiers check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Most of our customers are out-of-state, so we have a deposit system in place to hold vehicles. This allows potential buyers to schedule a time to inspect vehicles or to ask for additional information if they’re unable to come by our dealership. You can ALSO place a deposit on an en-route vehicle, but be aware that we will only be able to give you an estimate for final pricing.

**Deposits are 90% refundable and will hold a vehicle for up to 7 days.**

Be aware that if a deposit is placed on a vehicle and purchase is not completed, we do take a 10% convenience fee. We appreciate your understanding.

Deposit amount is based on vehicle price:

Vehicle Price: Under $10,000 – $3,000
Vehicle Price: $10,000 and up – $6,000
Vehicle Price: $20,000 and up – $8,000

If financing – a letter for the loan approval and any required down payment can be used as a deposit.

Vehicles will not be held without a deposit. 

We require a 50% Deposit on our estimated price for vehicles that are sourced and imported by request. More information about this is available on our Import By Request Page.

**Once a deposit has been taken for an Import By Request vehicle, it cannot be refunded**

Be aware that if a deposit is placed on an Import By Request vehicle and purchase is not completed, we are unable to refund your deposit. We appreciate your understanding.

We completely understand and realize not all of our customers are able to come to our facility to view the vehicle in person.

In fact, we ship around 30% of our vehicles sight unseen. We strive to accurately represent each vehicle before accepting any form of deposit/payment.

We will conduct a walk-around over the phone or video call to discuss any issues or flaws. Basically what this means is that we will go over the vehicle as if we were buying it for ourselves – being overly critical of any imperfections or flaws. We will do this for exterior, interior, and mechanical systems, so you have full knowledge of the vehicles exact condition.

We’re also happy to provide additional photos and information by request.

If you’re unable to take delivery locally, we can arrange shipping to your front door and are happy to provide an accurate shipping quote at any time.

For vehicles being picked up at locally, we can provide local delivery to your home for a fee.

Purchasing Questions

We are a dealer, so we do charge state tax when applicable.

Unfortunately, due to the age and nature of the cars being imported there is no warranty or returns that apply. But upon potential purchase we invite your mechanic to fully inspect the vehicle to understand the actual condition both cosmetically and mechanically. We will however assess any post-purchase issues individually on a per-case basis to see if we can help resolve any problems or help acquire replacement parts from Japan if needed.
